I, the undersigned, hereby declare and confirm the following in relation to my investment in Zoya Gold and Bullions Trading Private Limited (“Company”):

  1. Voluntary Investment: I am investing in the Company entirely of my own free will, without any coercion, misrepresentation, or undue influence.
  2. Business Understanding: I have been duly informed and explained that my invested amount will be reinvested in the gold, bullion, and other metals trading space. I fully understand the nature of the business.
  3. Risk Awareness: I acknowledge that this business involves market risks, which may result in profits or losses. I accept such risks as inherent to the investment.
  4. No Misrepresentation: I confirm that no false promises, fraudulent schemes, or exaggerated projections have been made to me. The scheme is practical and transparent to my satisfaction.
  5. Interest & Lock-in Period: The Company agrees to pay interest at the rate of ______% per month on my investment, subject to a lock-in period of ______ years. I understand that during the lock-in period, premature withdrawal is not permitted except with the Company’s consent.
  6. Finality of Decisions: I expressly agree that all decisions, strategies, and actions taken by the Company’s Fund Management Team in relation to the deployment, reinvestment, or utilization of my invested amount shall be final, binding, and conclusive, provided they are made bona fide and in the ordinary course of business. I further undertake not to raise any police complaint or initiate legal proceedings against the Company merely for delays in interest payment or repayment, or for outcomes arising from market risks, so long as the Company continues to operate in good faith.
  7. Investor Safety Clause: Notwithstanding the above, the Company shall remain fully accountable for the safekeeping and return of my principal investment amount upon maturity or completion of the lock-in period. In the event of proven fraud, misappropriation, or willful refusal to return my invested amount, I reserve the right to pursue all legal remedies available under applicable law.
